Can anyone give advice to anyone else in this thread or are we specifically asking Tajazzled/Garfield Icon for advice? I wanna respond to that art improvement request.

Personally, I typically navigate conversation by asking them about something I'm interested in, and then telling them about it.

Example:
SOMEONE: ...
ME: ...
SOMEONE: ...
ME: So, do you like dinosaurs?
SOMEONE: I don't know much about them.
ME: Oh, well let me tell you about them! *Big long dinosaur spiel*

And boom! Conversation! This may not work for you though, that's just my strategy. I find being earnest about my interests helps conversation. (Plus it gives me an excuse to talk about dinosaurs, which I love)

I figured anyone can give advice. At least, I hope anyone can, otherwise I just broke the only rule of the thread.

My biggest tip that I can elaborate on is to draw something first, and THEN apply studies and corrections to it. Just draw normally, freely, for fun, and then you can do things like take a ruler to your landscape and fix the perspective, or look at a reference of the object you drew to try and find where you have a line that is too wobbly or an edge that's too sharp. And rather than agonizing over one piece for a thousand years, take the time to duplicate something in another document, or sketch small doodle versions of it on a separate piece of paper, and fiddle around until you find what you like.

Here's an example I have of a Fakémon design I made for a class. None of these are the same in any particular way, but they are all still very much me trying out new things and making different variations on the same or similar concepts. You don't have to get it right the first time around, and you are allowed to make mistakes and refine it over time. Just keep trying, and you'll get there! :professor:

How to deal with anger? Petty stuff like anger over an argument, or over something small going wrong. Anger management isn't my strong suit. :tense:
