You forgot that Meat Calliope went insane due to Alt Calliope's presence. Davepeta's also either nonexistified/vored judging by their non-presence at the end when Calliope's eating LE's remains.
I think it was Meat Calliope who went insane. I forget what happened to Candy Calliope.

yeah from this bit of narration in candy 40 it seems pretty strongly implied that davepeta didnt make it :o(
"The cherub is focused on something very small falling from above. The bright object flutters down from the broken sky and lands in her host body’s outstretched hand. It’s a feather, burnt at the edges, flickering orange and green."

While Arquius is MIA for the time being, we do know his ultimate fate is being trapped in the Juju and becoming Lord English, so he's presumably alive in the candy timeline and alive up to a certain point in the meat timeline.
