Homestuck.XYZ 2.0

I'm assuming that this Forum site has something to do with the Pesterchum Applications on Windows, Android, etc.
I downloaded it last year and I think I heard someone mention that the source code is available to the public so the application can be updated. Is this true? I'm only asking because if that's the case I'm gonna look into learning whatever code language the apps use and update the hell out of it.
If not and someone is already working on it, what's the status of the update (if any)?
