What shall the fandom wish for?

Revive Hussie's in-comic avatar, or make Homestuck Public Domain.

Surprised there are more of these after the start of HS^2. Kinda curious to see where this one goes, even if it is a toss up if this wish is great or awful.

There's a thread on that, and it wouldn't surprise me if interference from Viz made HS becoming public domain impossible.

I don't think the toberlones are that big a deal really. Especially with Hussie's candy metaphors and such. But at the same time its hard to tell with that madman.
I personally hope it is something cute or fun. Oc here. Maybe have a character reborn on the earth c that is not in the fires of world war?

Cause those are more than likely to come through without any major permutations or parody. So long as you are clear enough so that the monkey paw effect is at its minimum. "I would like my oc to appear, but not die at any point."

More than a few of the wishes were like 'change this story or character to suit my headcanon!' and i am like 'you just found a candybar.'

Considering this is homestuck that is technically possible and wouldn't contradict IF, and i mean if, June becomes a canon characters. Just have John and June be different characters.

Unlike the Vriska one, which is a fairly extensive retcon of Vriska that i just feel is too late to do (its why its better to make character with every intention that they are transgender or will become transgender, rather than add the trait later), June has a unique situation where we have someone who will attempt to revive John. And likely fail for some reason. So you could do some shenanigans there.

That is if anything relating to the Toberlones aren't just small references or jokes.

Either I'd do the following.

"Don't make June happen and instead make John a literal god with no corporeal body (he's ethereal now) and he transcends to the point that he literally becomes homestuck and he'll only fondly regard homestuck"

Or

"Bring Spades Slick back as a Cyborg, because he's not done avenging that casino."

Or

"Release an official Problem Sleuth Album."

Also of course I'd ask to make Katnep permacanon. Either that or kill off/split Davepeta to bring back Davesprite. Also bring back Erisol.

why did I not think of splitting Davepeta is something Ill never understand god it was RIGHT THERE the whole time

As much as I'd like to crowbar my own wish into the story (IE, make Johnvris a thing (I just really like the relationship dynamic)), I don't think it would really do much good, and I know that there would be better uses for the wish, and if I want more John X Vriska, I could read fan-fiction for that. If I had I wish, I'd likely use it to officiate these forums, as it is hands down the best place for the authors to communicate with the fans, and getting them to recognize this place officially would go far.
Maybe if I could get away with it, I'd wish to tie some kind of fan-fiction into the story, maybe as just an offhand comment (like what was done with detective pony), as to lend more credence to the idea that fan-fiction is on a relativity even playing field with HS^2.

Honestly? I'd just ask for adult troll lore. Alternia is a really good setting for both laughs and spooks, and its a shame we only get to see that through the lens of children. Can you imagine how awful it must be to be an adult troll? I'd definitely use a wish on more big boy alternians.

If i could throw two of my ocs into the story i would honestly.

They aren't intrusive though but i would want them to get some focus. The Reverent Butcher and the Wise Falsecrone.

Despite the names they are actually two trolls from the very first batch of trolls thousands of years in the past. Reverent Butcher is a fuschia blood and the Wise Falsecrone is her sister/wife/matesprite, a burgundy blood. They were in fact both adopted by the Mayor all that time ago, the Butcher granting the Falsecrone long life like her own.
Rather than politics or conquest like most Fuschia, the Reverent Butcher is an expert cook, albeit rather than cakes and cookie she prefers meats. Currently a sausage stand in the troll kingdom and is known to glare at people who call her artistry 'oblong meat products' and will literally kick your ass for calling them hotdogs.
The Falsecrone is a well learned and wise woman. She is called the falsecrone cause she literally dresses like she's 90 years old despite having the body of a troll woman in her twenties. She does this less to seem wise and more to frustrate her wife who has had to endure her 'granny fetish' for five hundred years now.

this was one of the taiwan toblerones found by makin. he said he would re-hide them in a couple months. it's still magic as confirmed by hussie but it isn't new or hidden by him

I want to say something, but first I'd like to know if there's a webpage where all of the Toblerone wishes are being kept track of. I don't know how to find these on Twitter.

Obviously my thoughts on what I'd wish for mean exactly jack and shit, but it'd be nice to get some fleshing out on the medium. There is just so much we don't know, and if What Pumpkin doesn't plan to expound on it in Homestuck^2, it would be nice to at least have some exposition via word of god. Alternatively, add a Role tester to the Hiveswap site, much like we have a moon and aspect test.

makin found more than one? That is a bit... obsessed maybe? Maybe he just got lucky.

From my understanding, the toblerones are hidden in batches, not individually, and makin found a whole bag, and took two so he could give one to someone else who tried and failed to find them.
