I found an inconsistency that I don't think is intentional.

Hey y'all I was reading Homestuck^2 and I noticed something that doesn't seem like a Candy inconsistency, but rather just a regular inconsistency / art error.
https://homestuck2.com/story/87
So, on this page we see the 3 kiddos (Two Vriskas and a Tav) drop the clown on the ground in the hallway. They leave it there, as you can see by clicking through the next couple pages.
https://homestuck2.com/story/173
Now look here. Clown in the closet with the kids.
The other inconsistencies thus far have been stuff left over from the epilogues (Divorce papers, mustache, eye patch, font) but this is something that was established in Hs^2 and made inconsistent within Hs^2. For that reason I believe this was an actual mistake.
Rip Homestuck^2. Worst comic ever.

Maybe they went back for it. It'd be just as pointless and ridiculous as the rest of their plan, after all.
Seriously, though, the fact that all the inconsistencies are in Candy makes me think something's up. Like a few thousand pages in, they'll tell us consistency is disintegrating because the timeline doesn't matter, or the very concept of consistency has been weaponized, or John's retcon powers never disappeared, they just change things randomly whenever he sneezes.

I don't think his powers ever left him, Calliope is simply restraining him and preventing him from leaving.
We get an example of something like that in the pester-quests.
but yea something has caused a weird shift in their reality. I feel like it might be that some Narrative energy flooded into Candy when Calliope left.

This would be the best thing

Not implausible sadly XD.

Add to the list on inconsistencies: Rose thinking that Vriska killed Lord English in the Candy Epilogues when she clearly didn't. John even called her out on it and everyone got real intense about it for some reason.

Yeah but that one was obviously intentional. That was an example of canon dissolution.

Try shaking someone's right hand with your left hand.

That's just Homestuck though.
Which hand is which is so inconsistent, it's literally a plot point.

This is true. However, if you have your sprite flipped turn-ways and try to fully grasp someone's right hand with your right-now-left hand (since it's basically mirroring yourself) in a semi-handshake, you can't do it. (y'know unless you turn your wrist 180 degrees, but then your thumb would be pointing towards the ground)

I thought so too? Is there a thread that has a list of other inconsistency's or has that not been done yet?
